Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bk5. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and current. Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date should any changes occur.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. bk5 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Bk5 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software or bots, engage in fraudulent activity, or assist others in doing so is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are also prohibited from using the bk5 platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian law. bk5 reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.
Each user is responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the regulations of their own jurisdiction. bk5 makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing its platform from locations outside Malaysia.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the bk5 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means. bk5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. bk5 supports local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow and FPX. Any fees charged by your bank or payment processor are the responsibility of the user.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the bk5 account holder. bk5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days depending on the method selected.

Liability Limitations, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Bk5 is not liable for any indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.
Bk5 is not responsible for any disruptions caused by external factors such as internet outages, user hardware failures, or third-party interference.
Bk5 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are suspended due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any balance that may have been forfeited as part of a fraud investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
All content, designs, logos, text, images, and other visual elements on the bk5 platform are the exclusive property of bk5 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing any such content without explicit written consent from bk5 management is strictly prohibited.
Where the bk5 platform contains links or references to third-party websites or services, bk5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Bk5 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the bk5 website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the bk5 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the bk5 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms, and where necessary, under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
